Even sizes of 20mm stretch, 22mm, 24mm and 25mm are not extremely rare and still no XL Tunnels. It becomes rarer already with the stretch sizes 28mm and 30mm, not many people stretch their ear tubes to this size. With small sizes up to a maximum of 10mm, the holes can also recede, become smaller and almost invisible, but with large sizes this is impossible. For real piercing fans, however, XL Flesh Tunnels are just the thing: a 30mm plug is guaranteed to stand out, here the motif also comes out great - and with an XL tunnel, the opening of the tunnel is not to be overlooked at all.
