1. Will I receive a pair or a single piercing/plug/tunnel?
We normally sell all piercing items individually, including items like flesh tunnels, plug piercings, stretching spirals, tapers, hooks, spikes, ear weights, fake piercings, all types of barbells, labrets, septums, nostril piercings, etc. The reason is you: our customers. Many customers prefer to wear plugs, tunnels, or piercings individually or in pairs. They only need one item. Therefore, we don't want to force anyone to buy a pair. For the sake of the environment and your wallet, you have the option to purchase individual items from us, such as a flesh tunnel or a plug piercing. There is one exception: we carry a few pairs of plug piercings, as these feature two designs: each flesh tunnel has a different motif, but they complement each other. These are sold in pairs. We clearly state in each description whether the price is per item or for a pair.
2. The structure/grain of my organic piercing looks different than in the photo, why?
With an organic plug tunnel, the main material is natural, such as wood, horn, bone, mother-of-pearl, shell, or stone. Since we use genuine natural materials, whether for fake plugs or real plug tunnels, etc., the natural grain of the product is what matters, and logically, no two pieces are exactly alike. All these materials are naturally grown or formed, and their color and grain are unique. Of course, teak wood always looks clearly like teak, but it will never be exactly the same anywhere. So, when you order a natural plug tunnel or organic fake plugs, don't expect them to be identical to the photo, but they will be very similar in grain and color.

3. Do you also produce custom-made items according to customer specifications?
In general, we offer a very diverse range and a huge selection. We incorporate the latest trends while also carrying timeless classics. Many piercings and jewelry pieces are already available in various versions, for example, in gold, silver, rose gold, and black, or the same model with different stones such as turquoise, tiger's eye, lapis lazuli, moonstone, and ruby, etc. We also offer earrings and piercings like plugs and tunnels in various sizes and diameters. We are very accommodating to customer requests, and if you're looking for something specific, there's a good chance we already offer it. Feel free to browse our selection. You've got your
Still haven't found the right design? Of course, you can also send us a photo of your desired design and ask if we can produce it. We will then discuss this with our team and get back to you as to whether it is possible and feasible or not.

4. Why does brass jewelry turn green?
Have you ever experienced your costume jewelry or brass piercing suddenly becoming darker or even turning green? What's the reason for brass jewelry turning green?
Brass is a very popular material for jewelry and piercings, as its color is also very versatile, ranging from silvery white brass and antique gold or shiny gold brass to a black variety. It's also worth noting that brass jewelry doesn't tarnish or discolor for most people. Only in some cases is the perspiration so aggressive that it reacts with the metal, causing brass jewelry to turn green. However, one thing that always happens is that brass jewelry and piercings darken over time. This is something to be aware of, so don't be alarmed if the jewelry develops dark spots or darkens overall after a while. Many vintage enthusiasts love precisely this characteristic of brass, as it gives it a wonderfully antique look; this effect is often a deliberate choice.
What kind of metal is brass, anyway?
Brass is a general term for copper alloys with zinc; usually, the copper content is 55-90%, with the remainder being zinc. Many other metals may also be present. Regarding our piercings and brass jewelry, all pieces are tested and certified nickel-free, lead-free, and cadmium-free, and are also non-allergenic. But why does brass jewelry turn green?
Why does brass jewelry turn green and then rub off in a small number of people?
In jewelry and piercings, brass is constantly exposed to air, sweat, and moisture. Because brass contains a high amount of copper, it oxidizes quickly in the air, and water and sweat accelerate this effect. This leads to the formation of a patina – a greenish layer on the jewelry, which is why brass jewelry turns green. Not only does the piercing or jewelry become discolored, but it can also stain skin and clothing. However, if it is a patina, the green discoloration is completely harmless and not at all harmful to health.
Is there another reason why brass jewelry turns green?
Yes, it does exist, but this is extremely rare with jewelry and piercings. The phenomenon of brass jewelry turning green is called verdigris, a copper salt of acetic acid. These small colored crystals form when copper-containing metals like brass come into contact with acetic acid. Once formed, verdigris spreads across the object, especially if it is regularly exposed to moisture. Verdigris is actually toxic with prolonged contact, so here's a good tip to find out why your brass jewelry looks green:
Non-toxic patina forms through artificial or natural aging of colors or textures , while verdigris is caused by chemical processes. Visually, it is difficult to distinguish whether it is verdigris or patina that gives brass jewelry its green color.
Now for the trick: Verdigris is water-soluble, patina is not. Simply clean the surface with a damp cloth, and if the green layer visibly disappears, it's verdigris, not patina. But don't panic! We'll show you how to remove verdigris with a vinegar and water bath. Mix a little vinegar with water and soak the piercing or piece of jewelry in this mixture for about an hour. Then rinse thoroughly with clean water and, if necessary, scrub it with an old toothbrush. Toothpaste is also suitable for cleaning brass jewelry. Instead of a vinegar bath, you can also make a paste of vinegar, flour, and salt and rub it onto the jewelry. Let this paste dry for about an hour, then rinse and dry. Most importantly, to prevent your brass jewelry from turning green again: always keep it very dry. Dryness slows down or prevents the oxidation process.
Tips and tricks if your brass jewelry has turned green or if you want to prevent it:
Avoid contact with water and sweat as much as possible. Remove jewelry and piercings before bathing, showering, swimming, exercising, and using the sauna, and avoid wearing them on the hottest summer days when you sweat a lot. Store them in dry, airtight jewelry boxes and only in dry rooms; don't store your brass jewelry in a humid bathroom. To clean, you can use a solution of water and baking soda or the mixtures described above. A soft cloth is sufficient for small stains and polishing. As a preventative measure, you can seal your favorite pieces with clear nail polish or acrylic lacquer. And if your sweat does react strongly with brass, use silver-plated or gold-plated brass. This finishing not only makes the jewelry look more elegant but also more durable, while still keeping it affordable as the base material is brass. Now you know all the reasons why brass jewelry can turn green and how to deal with it.
As you can see, it's not as bad as it seems and can be fixed. If you're now interested in our brass jewelry, feel free to browse our selection. It includes rings, toe rings, stud earrings, earrings, pendants, necklaces, ear cuffs, bracelets, bangles, ear weights, piercings, and fake piercings such as tunnels, plugs, nose rings, septum piercings, spikes, stretching spirals, hooks, and labrets.
