This modern fake piercing is a black fake plug with a light brown to white grain typical of horn. The realistic-looking plug is hand-carved from buffalo horn and features a stainless steel clip to securely attach the two cylindrical parts together, either by screwing them on or off. A white, hand-carved skull protrudes from the front of the plug. This plug is especially suitable for people who don't have stretched earlobes but still want to wear plugs.
