This nostril piercing is made of silver and features a beaded wheel design with a genuine stone at its center: a dark red ruby surrounded by a silver rim and small silver beads at regular intervals. On the other side of the 0.8 mm thick bar, the nose stud with the ruby has a 90° bend, forming an L-shape for a secure fit in the nose.
