These septum piercings are silver nose rings made of nickel-free brass. An opening in the round white brass septum ring allows these tribal septum rings to be inserted through the piercing hole. The design features a silver ring with five skulls underneath. The largest skull is in the center, and the others become progressively smaller as they move away from the center.
