These Brass Tribal Septum Fake Piercings are antique gold-colored nose rings made of nickel-free, partially dark-oxidized brass. They are easy to attach thanks to an opening in the round septum ring and the ball ends. The design features a ring with five hearts underneath. Three of the hearts are symmetrically shaped and have a dot between the curves; the two hearts in between are longer on one side and point towards the septum ring. A dot is placed in front of each of the outermost hearts.

Special feature: a septum nose ring can also be worn without a hole in the nose, so it looks like a real piercing.
