The silver-colored stainless steel screw-in tunnel features a gold stainless steel inlay. The sides are straight, but curve outwards at the top and bottom, as the front and back of the heart-shaped tunnel bend outwards at the edges. A gold inlay depicting a hollow heart is located in the center. The back of the plug is removable, and the inlay is attached to it. Unscrewing the back allows for easy insertion of the heart-shaped tunnel into the piercing.
