The glossy acrylic screw-in zombie plug features a slightly curved, shiny front. The black back is flat, and the sides of the cemetery plug, also black, are straight, with raised edges at the top and bottom when viewed from the side. The front is removable, making the purple, white, and black plug easy to insert. The design on the front depicts a cemetery with black crosses and trees under a full moon. A bat hovers in the sky, and below it stand two fashionably dressed zombie women, their backs to each other.
