This tribal wooden plug is crafted from dark brown tamarind wood and light jackfruit wood. Its front and back are slightly curved inwards, and the side also curves inwards; this shape is known as double flared. The front of the plug features a mask motif, darkly engraved on the light, round jackfruit inlay. It depicts a tribal mask surrounded by an ornate border of arcs, rectangles, and dots. The front also has a border of dark tamarind wood, which forms the rest of the plug and has a natural grain. Both woods are natural products, and the plug is handcrafted; therefore, slight variations in color/grain, size, and engraving are possible. Wood allows the skin to breathe when worn, preventing unpleasant odors. Furthermore, wood is light, smooth, and warm to the touch.
