This spiral-shaped Sonoholz expander is intricately hand-carved, and the wood has a naturally dark grain. A hand-carved flower made of light coconut shell with a turquoise center adorns the outer edge of the spiral. The larger the expander's diameter, the larger the Sonoholz spiral itself and the flower will be.
