The black shell ear spiral ear weight is a special type of piercing jewelry that allows the stretched earlobe itself to be visible. We sell these black, iridescent spiral piercings individually and offer a design with a paua abalone shell inlay in blue, green, yellow, and pink. The black expanders weigh approximately 31g at 8mm and 15.5g at 6mm. These lobe ear stretchers are only suitable for earlobes stretched to at least 6mm; as stretching spirals, they are threaded through the earlobe with the pointed end facing down.
When worn on the ear, the spiral jewelry is visible as a black and colorful motif below the earlobe. However, the piercing itself will also be slightly visible because the earrings are weighted and heavy enough to pull the earlobe downwards. We offer stretching spirals in large and small sizes and with varying weights; this is a medium-sized, medium-weight version with a glossy black metal finish and one rounded and one flattened side. The flat side features the iridescent, multicolored shell inlay.
