This sono wood expander is hand-carved, and the dark brown wood has a natural grain. The piercing features a flower below the curved neck with delicate and highly detailed hand-carved embellishments. The flower is surrounded by small spirals with serrated or feathered edges. Organic materials like sono wood allow the skin to breathe (preventing odors), are lightweight, and maintain body temperature.
