This wing sits beneath an oval spiral with a curved end, which is inserted through the earlobe. The hook wing spiral is suitable for both men and women and is handcrafted from genuine natural wood, so slight variations in size, color, and grain may occur. The sawo wood expander is comfortable to wear, maintains a pleasant temperature, and allows the skin to breathe.
