Its round shape forms a large, light-colored donut-shaped ear tunnel ring, interrupted only by a small slit. This slit is used to thread the light-colored ear donut through the already stretched ear piercing. The patterned wooden expander is handcrafted from genuine crocodile wood, and the flower design is hand-engraved.
