These large crescent tribal septum piercings are shiny, antique gold-colored nose rings made of nickel-free brass. They can be easily inserted through the septum piercing hole via an opening in the ring. The design consists of a circle (the ring) with a large arc at the bottom, creating the shape of a thick crescent. This crescent features a small circle on the inside of the top, flanked by small dots on either side. The underside is adorned with three triangles, each composed of three dots.
