This carved, diamond-shaped narra wood expander is handcrafted from naturally grained, dark brown wood. The shape is a spiral stretcher, specifically a hook shape, and it fits ears stretched to at least 4mm or 6mm. The lobe piercing is designed as a diamond, with the top corner rounded to form the hook that attaches to the earlobe. The expander has a slit on the side at the top; this is where the wooden expander is threaded through the stretched earlobe and then hooked in place like an earring. The wooden expander is handcrafted from real wood, so variations in color and grain are possible, and the size may also vary slightly, as each narra wood piercing is a unique, handcrafted piece! The diamond shape is hollow inside, with the lower edges being significantly wider than the upper edges, which form part of the hook. The lower edges also have a sharp edge. We sell the piercing hooks individually, as many customers wear them alone or in pairs. Please do not wear organic hoop earrings, stretching spirals and tapers made of wood while showering, bathing and in the sauna, but protect them from water.
