This carved, egg-shaped narra wood expander is handcrafted from naturally grained, dark brown wood. The oval piercing is a stretching spiral, more precisely a hoop shape, essentially an oval creole, designed as an expander ear weight for ears stretched to at least 14mm. The dark brown lobe piercing is egg-shaped, widening and slightly thickening towards the bottom, and features a slit in the center at the bottom. The wooden expander is threaded through the stretched earlobe through this slit and then hooked in place like an earring. This hooking mechanism ensures the dark ear weight stays in place even on ears stretched larger than 14mm. The wooden expander is handcrafted from genuine narra wood, so variations in color and grain are possible. The size may also vary slightly, as each piercing is a unique, handcrafted piece, and nature is never identical! We sell the 70mm long piercing tubes individually, as many customers wear them alone or in pairs. Organic wooden stretching rods, spirals, and tapers should not be worn while showering, bathing, or in the sauna; they should always be protected from water. The widest point of the egg shape measures approximately 55mm. Due to its size, each piercing weighs approximately 30g.
