The antique gold-colored, polished brass ring with moonstone widens at the front, is rounded at the top and bottom, and is partially darkened with oxidation. The two sides of the ring, which features a white moonstone, merge into a narrow band, and in the center is the domed, approximately 14 mm white moonstone, surrounded by a rope-like line and a line of gold dots. To the right and left of this are three spiral circles each. Several gold dots are located between the spiral circles.
The moonstone shimmers in colors ranging from white to mother-of-pearl to light blue.
