The Buffalo Horn fake piercing is a black, question mark-shaped spiral with white stars. Its nickel-free hook is made of 316L surgical stainless steel and fits standard, unstretched ear piercings. The older version had a screw closure, allowing the piercing to be tightened. The newer version with a push-on closure looks more like a real piercing when worn without a screw and, thanks to its silicone lining, stays just as secure and firm. Both versions are durable. The star design and the spiral shape of the stretching coil make it unisex and suitable for both men and women.
