Our fake expander allows you to wear a realistic-looking expander with a regular ear piercing! It features a screw-on closure at the front and back, with a central bar that passes through your existing, unstretched earlobe. This lets you wear fashionable expanders that look incredibly realistic, completely painlessly! Our model is silver-colored and has a small white cubic zirconia stone set in the round plate (approximately 10mm). The piercing edge is decorated with delicate square patterns.
