This reddish-brown batik earring is shaped like an arrow. A circle is cut out at the top, and a stainless steel post sits above it. Below, a slightly narrowing slit runs to the end of the arrow, so that the circle and slit together form the shape of a keyhole. The entire dark, engraved brown arrow measures approximately 50mm by 35mm. This Sumatra stretching spiral is made of brown sawwood and a stainless steel post. Thanks to the post, the earring, engraved with a Sumatra diamond batik pattern, fits through any standard ear piercing without needing to be stretched – yet it looks like a round stretching spiral. Once the wooden piercing is in place, it looks like you're wearing a real stretching spiral, a Sumatra batik piercing – all without stretching. Therefore, such earrings are called fake piercings – they create the impression of a pierced ear with a diamond-shaped expander, but they are simply regular earrings, similar to stud earrings where a post also passes through the earlobe. This hand-carved and engraved reddish-brown stretching spiral, featuring a motif of interlocking diamonds of varying sizes (alternating light and dark), is secured with a silicone-lined push-on closure, ensuring a secure fit and longevity. The tribal stretching spiral has a dark engraving that is slightly recessed. We sell the Sumatra ear piercings individually, but they can also be worn as a pair. The diamond motif is suitable for men and women, as well as for fans of medieval or Viking themes. The arrow earring is handcrafted from natural sawwood; therefore, slight variations in size, color, and grain may occur.
