This fake piercing is made of brown-grained narra wood and features a hook at the top, interrupted by the bar that is inserted through the earlobe. The stainless steel bar of the turquoise piercing is part of a secure push-fit closure.
The design is very long, showing a heart made of arcs at the top and bottom, with the upper one upside down. Between them is a circular cutout containing a turquoise turtle.
