Our fake expander allows you to wear a realistic-looking expander with a standard ear piercing! This way, you can wear fashionable expanders painlessly, and they look incredibly real! Thanks to its thickness, this fake piercing fits perfectly with a normal, unstretched earlobe. The piercing features a skull with two white cubic zirconia stones for eyes, as well as a wing on each side. The ball at the back can be unscrewed, making it easy to attach to the ear. The expander is made of sturdy, high-quality stainless steel and is therefore quite robust.
