Our fake expander allows you to wear a realistic-looking expander with a standard ear piercing! This way, you can wear fashionable expanders that look deceptively real, completely painlessly! Three stars of increasing size are attached to the surface of the piercing, with a total width of approximately 14 mm. The back of the plug can be easily unscrewed, making it simple to attach to the ear. The expander is made of sturdy, high-quality stainless steel and is therefore quite robust.
