These spiral ear cuffs adorn the ear—without the need for a piercing! They are designed as a painless alternative to a helix piercing, which is why they are also called "fake helix." The cuff simply clips onto the outer side of the ear. This particular style features a ring with a small spiral extending upwards and a larger spiral extending downwards. The combined length of both spirals is approximately 19 mm. The brass ear cuffs have an antique gold finish.
