The black Tribal Buffalo Horn Piercing is hand-carved from buffalo horn and features the shape of a question mark or spiral with an elongated end. The spirally wound section displays various-sized points on the outside. The black horn spiral has a white tribal tattoo design on the front. This expander is available in 4 mm, 6 mm, and 8 mm sizes. The larger the piercing diameter, the longer the piercing itself.
