The glossy black Tribal Buffalo Horn Piercing is hand-carved from buffalo horn and features a star shape. One point, the upper one that passes through the earlobe, is rounded, while the adjacent point is open to allow the expander to be threaded through the stretched earlobe. This expander is available in sizes 2 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm, and 8 mm. The larger the piercing diameter, the longer the star-shaped piercing itself.
