The pendant, made of gold-plated 925 sterling silver, features three circles and two ellipses. The differently sized circles are stacked on top of each other, while the two ellipses lie between circles two and three, one tilted to the left and the other to the right. All are filled with cubic zirconia, but only the cubic zirconia in the ellipses is cut like a diamond; one is green, the other a dusty rose color. The two large circles have brown fillings, and the small circle is filled with orange.
