This wooden plug is carved with a concave shape, meaning that the sides, top, and bottom curve inwards, ensuring a secure fit in the ear canal. The plug's interesting grain reveals two-tone sonowood: one side is light beige-brown, the other dark brown. Each plug essentially consists of a light and a dark section, which don't blend but maintain a clear boundary, sometimes even exhibiting a shade between light and dark. Because it's a natural material, this boundary isn't always exactly in the middle and varies from plug to plug. Sometimes the lighter area is larger, sometimes the darker one; this is perfectly normal, and the photo is simply an example of a possible grain pattern.
