This hand-carved tribal wooden plug is carved from dark brown sonowood and features a white bone inlay on the front, carved as a three-dimensional face. The plug is slightly flared on the front and back, while the sides curve gently inwards; this double-flared shape keeps the expander securely in the ear. The back is uninlaid. Since many customers wear ear plugs individually, we do not sell them in pairs, but rather as single expanders and tunnels. Organic materials like wood and bone allow the skin to breathe, preventing unpleasant odors. They are also lightweight and adapt to body temperature. These fantastic moon-face plugs are handcrafted and carved by hand.
