Snakebites - what should you be aware of?

Snakebites are symmetrical piercings on the lower lip, but not everyone tolerates them equally well. To avoid inflammation, it's best to use studs instead of rings initially. The simple reason is that rings are constantly moving, and this also applies to circular barbells. While these look fantastic and beautifully showcase your snakebite piercing, please only insert them once everything is fully healed and you haven't experienced any problems with the studs.
