These tribal septum piercings are antique gold-colored nose rings with a design featuring balls on a spiral spring, crafted from brass with a gold-like appearance. The opening in the round brass septum ring allows for easy insertion through the pierced nose. The design consists of a ring with a spiral spring at the bottom, upon which balls of progressively larger size are mounted. A second ball of the same size sits between the two largest balls. The diameter of the spring is approximately 1 mm.
