These tribal septum piercings are antique gold-plated nose rings with a heart motif, crafted from brass. The opening in the round brass septum ring allows them to be inserted through the pierced nose. The design features a ring with a row of dots below, above which are a series of heart-shaped spirals, each with a dot in the center and four dots between each spiral. The ring has a diameter of approximately 1.6 mm.
