Gradually stretch to the next size up; anything you like is possible. We supply the appropriate horn tunnels and plugs. The largest tunnels we carry are 50mm, simple and black. These can, of course, also be found in the horn category. It's important not to skip any sizes, as this can lead to serious injuries.
