The Buffalo Horn Plug is a black plug with a white and yellow mother-of-pearl shell inlay on the front. The mother-of-pearl inlay features a pattern of three flourishes, the Japanese Tomoe emblem. The Organic Horn Plug is hand-carved from buffalo horn and has a carved mother-of-pearl inlay. This trendy expander is a tribal piercing and is half a tunnel, as the back is open. The shape is double-flared, meaning the front and back are wider than the center of the tunnel; viewed from the side, the horn tunnel curves inwards.
