This delicate universal piercing is made of thin stainless steel; the ring is only 20g thick, or 0.8mm. Its opening is a slit at the top center, directly opposite at the bottom center sits a small, round, smooth turquoise bead with a subtle brown veining, approximately 3mm in diameter. The piercing ring is wrapped several times with thin stainless steel wire on both sides of the bead, and this wire also runs over the bead. This surgical steel ring can be worn in a variety of ways, whether on the lip, nose, or ear, for example, as a helix, tragus, anti-helix, anti-tragus, conch, or even as small lobe hoops.
