This pretty universal piercing is made of thin stainless steel in gold or silver. The ring is only 20g thick, or 0.8mm. Its opening is a small slit at the top center. Directly opposite, at the bottom center, sits a small, round, smooth opal bead, approximately 3mm in diameter, in various colors with the typical iridescent shimmer. On either side of the bead is a smaller stainless steel bead, followed by several wraps of thin stainless steel wire around the piercing ring, which also runs over the opal bead. You can wear this surgical steel ring however you like, whether on the lip, nose, or ear, for example, as a helix, tragus, anti-helix, anti-tragus, conch, or even as small hoop earrings.
