Our white fake lobe piercing is hand-carved from genuine bone. The fake expander is inserted with a stainless steel post, similar to an earring stud, and the post fits standard ear piercings. The durable post closure provides a secure hold thanks to a silicone lining. Because these are genuine bone products, slight variations in color and texture may occur. Since the swan-shaped stretching spirals are hand-carved, the size may also vary slightly. In the ear, the earring looks like a real 6mm piercing, without any stretching. We sell the stretching spirals individually; if you want a pair, please order two swan piercings. The design is a spiral with a swan's head carved at the end, beneath which is a large wing made of two rows of intricately carved feathers. No animal dies for our jewelry; we source bone from farmers who have leftover it from their livestock. Bone is lightweight, making the earrings comfortable to wear.
