These round spirals are made of rhodium-plated white brass, which is silver-colored brass coated with a thin layer of rhodium. Their design features a single strand at the beginning, which doubles from the middle onward, adorned with small heart-shaped arches and tiny dots. The starting section is undecorated, thin, and easily inserted through the earlobe. The spirals measure approximately 40mm in diameter. The starting part of the ear spiral is no thicker than the hooks or prongs of regular earrings and is simply threaded through the earlobe and then pushed through to the beginning of the decorative section. White brass has the appearance of silver. The heart-shaped arch pattern lends an Indian or exotic touch. The spiral shape is also unique and stands out from other earrings. Those with stretched ears can also use the spirals to thread them through plugs with a small opening or through tunnels. Rhodium-plated metal tarnishes much less and is more durable.
