Since it is real wood and handcrafted, slight variations in color, grain, shape, and size are normal, as each wooden stretcher is unique. We offer this classic stretching spiral shape for stretched earlobes in sizes 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm; only the sizes shown online are currently available. Because many customers wear lobe piercings individually or in pairs, we don't want to force anyone to buy a pair, so the price is per piece. Please protect the stretching spiral from water; jojoba oil can be used for care. The spiral piercing is suitable for both men and women.
