This plug is versatile, as it can be worn with either a light or a dark filling, depending on which side is chosen as the front. The 2-in-1 interchangeable wooden plug is hand-carved from sonowood with a natural grain. The side rim is slightly curved inwards, as are the front and back, creating a double-flared shape. Each side features a thick sonowood rim with a round inlay. One side is filled with light crocodile wood, the other with brown-grained teak. The sonowood rim is the darkest.

Wood allows the skin to breathe when wearing the lobe piercing, preventing odors.
