The tribal tunnel is made of ironwood and bone. It has a slight outward curve and a rim on the top and bottom. The straight shape is called a "straight" tunnel, while the rims are called "ribbed tunnels." The wood is black and forms the hand-carved tunnel. The front features a white bone inlay. This inlay has a black pattern resembling a wheel of nails. The black tribal pattern on the white bone inlay is eye-catching and draws attention. Please protect your wooden tunnels from water and care for them with jojoba oil. As a beginner, you'll need some practice to get the ribbed shape into your ear, as the small edges need to be overcome. Thanks to them, the plug sits securely in the piercing channel.
