These cool, trendy plugs are actually ear studs: the thick discs in the center are connected by a 6mm long, 1.2mm thick bar, which corresponds to 16 gauge. The thick, plain disc is screwed on or off. The other side is also thick, slightly domed on the outside, and displays the design, which is coated with transparent resin. The fake piercing is made of nickel-free stainless steel in silver.
