The exotic tribal septum piercing is a gleaming nose ring made of nickel-free, antique gold-colored brass. The ring has an opening in the round shape, allowing it to be inserted through the piercing hole. The design features a ring with dots on the underside, culminating in two points, each consisting of three dots: one on the inside and one on the outside. The inside of the ring is further divided into a crescent shape by an arc, with two more points on either side of the crescent's upper surface, pointing downwards.
