Our nose rings are crafted from high-quality 925 sterling silver and feature a genuine black onyx stone. An opening in the round septum ring allows for easy insertion through the piercing hole. The design consists of a circle (the ring) with a diameter of 6mm or 8mm (depending on the chosen size). On the outer edge of the lower half of the ring are small silver dots, each centered with a round gemstone in a silver setting. This black onyx stone faces downwards, not forwards. To insert the ring, gently bend the upper ring prong forwards or backwards to create an opening. Never pull the two ends apart, as this will break the silver. The prong is approximately 1.2mm thick. We offer the septum rings in smaller and larger diameters; please select your preferred size.

Special feature: a septum nose ring can also be worn as an earring. Please order two for a pair.
