This rather short necklace, measuring approximately 41.5 cm in length, sits close to the neck but can be extended by about 8 cm. It consists of a thick, round, turquoise leather cord, which is very soft and features a seam. Various beaded rings are strung along the bottom center of the cord. Some are gold-plated brass with elaborate decorations, others are made of faceted blue glass beads or brass rings set with white glass crystals, and still others are wide, turquoise-beige ceramic ring beads.
