This antique gold-plated, polished brass ring is narrow and features an oval lapis lazuli stone with gold and dark blue veining. The stone is surrounded on one side by a semicircle of brass beads, while on the other side it meets a spiral. The ring, with its round, domed blue lapis lazuli, measures approximately 8 mm in diameter at the front. The stone rests in a loop formed by two brass strands that then merge to form the ring. As lapis lazuli is a natural product, slight variations in its veining pattern (striped pattern) and color (gold/dark blue) may occur.
