This brass ring features a delicate, simple brass band that is smoothly polished and has a golden sheen. A teardrop-shaped, also smoothly polished, carnelian is set horizontally across the top of the ring, firmly held in place by the brass band. The stone has a rounded and a pointed end, both capped with a brass cap. In this model, the carnelian varies naturally from ring to ring in size, color (light/dark orange), and grain pattern (from faint to pronounced, grain pattern - e.g., vertical stripes, large or small areas).
