This necklace measures approximately 66 cm without the roughly 19 cm long pendant made of a long brass bead, acrylic cords, and heart charms. Its length can be adjusted by about 7 cm, as it closes with a lobster clasp and has a silver brass extension chain. The necklace itself consists of three thick, long, black acrylic cords on each side. These are gathered in the center by a long silver brass bead, forming a bundle of six cords, with one cord remaining attached to the bead. The other five cords end at varying lengths. The smallest heart charm is attached to the longest cord, and the largest to the shortest. The heart charms are hollow and made of silver-colored brass; they decrease in size towards the bottom and overlap.
