The female Sugarskull plug has a screw-on, glossy, and slightly curved front. Unscrewing this allows for easy insertion of the pink and green plug. The back and sides of the spiderweb screw plug are black and flat, with a slightly raised edge at the top and bottom. The design on the front depicts a woman made up as a white sugarskull with green-rimmed eyes and a spiderweb on her forehead. A pink rose is attached to the right side of her head.
